RTISeva.in helps Indian citizens file Right to Information (RTI) applications with the Central Government and Delhi State government. Filing an RTI yourself can be confusing — the right department, the right officer, and the right legal language all matter if you want a response.

We do the research for you: we identify the correct Ministry, Department, and Public Information Officer (PIO) for your specific matter, draft the RTI in the required format, and file it on the official government portal.

We believe in zero upfront risk. You submit your case for free. We call you to discuss it. We draft the RTI. Only then — once the work is done — do we ask for a flat ₹149 + 18% GST via UPI.

End-to-End Support

Once your application is submitted, you get access to a personalized dashboard where you can track its real-time status. If the government department provides an incomplete or unsatisfactory answer, or fails to reply within the mandated 30 days, our team is here to assist you with drafting and filing a First Appeal to escalate the matter.
